We give advice to restaurants and healthcare caterers so that they can adapt their gastronomic proposals to the needs of users with dietary restrictions and specific requirements (coeliac sufferers, diabetics, patients with renal insufficiency, phenylketonuria and other metabolic disorders).

We create and develop R+D projects to obtain and improve, in cuisine, food products directed towards specific diets and nutritional necessities.


05 - TOOLS FOR IMPROVING EATING HABITS

We develop tools to improve the diets of people with special needs: solutions in cuisine, recipes, educational material and workshops.


06 - COURSES AND WORKSHOPS

We design and present courses and workshops on nutrition, eating habits and applications in cuisine, adapting them to the nutritional necessities and requirements requested. 

We create and present specific food workshops directed towards catering professionals and carers of people with special needs.
