We carry out applied research into cuisine and the history of food. We put historic recipes into practice with the maximum precision and methodology and we use them as enhancement tools for our heritage.

We design territorial dynamisation and enhancement strategies based on the gastronomic potential of food products.  

We provide gastronomic learning tools for the promotion and dynamisation of the consumption and export of the products of the land. 


03 - RESEARCH INTO THE CULINARY APPLICATIONS OF PRODUCTS 

We investigate the possibilities for the culinary application and evaluation of products of the territorial heritage.

We design and present training workshops tailored to any need to stimulate territorial dynamisation based on food products and their application in cuisine.
